J.T. Terrell
J.T. runs the daily operations of Clarity Ventures Group, a sister entity formed by Montecito Medical to innovate tech-enabled healthcare solutions which allow healthcare providers to save money, operate more effectively and better serve their patients.
Terrell brings more than two decades of operational and coaching experience to the organization. A successful entrepreneur, business adviser and author, Terrell previously worked with Montecito as a Senior Executive Coach with Petra Coach, where he provided guidance for 50 + companies focused on tech-startups, construction firms and real estate investment. During his coaching tenure, his client companies experienced average year-over-year bottom-line growth of 28%. Earlier, he grew an event rental company founded in his garage into the largest firm of its type in the Southeast. He is regularly published in Inc. Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine and Success.

Blake Wylie
Wylie brings to the company two decades of experience in managing information systems and technology. At CVG, he oversees and will push forward all aspects of technology, from infrastructure to applications and product development.
Before joining CVG, Wylie served as Director of Information Technologies for Lipman Brothers, Tennessee's oldest distributor of wine, spirits and craft beer. He oversaw all the company's IT infrastructure, business intelligence, applications and software development as well as social media, digital and video content.
Wylie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in CIS and Business from the University of North Alabama.

Neyland has over 35 years of experience in various real estate segments. He works closely with the company's CEO and drives competitive management strategies for capital markets and information technology. Neyland also plays a leadership role in the launch of the company's strategic business development plans.

Meeks brings to Montecito 17 years of experience in marketing with expertise in the financial services sector. Before joining CVG, she headed Wealth & Asset Management marketing for Informa Financial Intelligence, a leading financial data and analysis provider. Prior to Informa, she served as Senior Marketing Manager for Zephyr Associates, an investment analysis software company based in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.
Meeks is an active member of the American Marketing Association, Nashville Chapter, and holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Memphis.

Also, assist in the capture of due diligence materials to help throughout the closing of deals. Before working at Clarity Ventures Group, Bronson learned real estate as an analyst and outreach caller at a Commercial Real Estate brokerage.
